Step 1: Select Your Resource
Click the "Select" button associated with the desired resource to select it. The other resource selections will no longer be visible
after selecting a resource and the "Select" button will change to a "Remove" button.
Click the "Remove" button to reove your current selection and redisplay the entire list of resources.
Click the "More Info" link to display a page with additional information about any resource.
Step 2: Create Your Resource Access Profile
Each resource you purchase is assigned to you for your exclusive access. Enter your First and Last Name and
the Email Address where your confirmation email and access link will be sent.
Finally, enter a username and password you will use to login whenever you wish to access your resource.
Usernames and passwords can be different or the same for each new resource you purchase at your discretion.
Step 3: Enter Your Credit Card Billing Info
Enter the following information from the credit card you will use to purchase your resource.
First Name: Enter the First Name as it appears on the credit card. This name may be different that the First Name you used in Step 2.
Last Name: Enter the last Name as it appears on the credit card. This name may be different that the Last Name you used in Step 2.
Billing Zip/Postal Code: Enter the Zip or Postal Code of your credit card billing address.
Credit Card Type: Click to display a list of accepted credit cards then click to select the card type.
Credit Card Number: Enter the the credit card number with any spaces or dashes betwwen the numbers
Expiration Date: Click to display a list of expiration months and years then click to select the month and year on your credit card.
Security Code: enter the 3 or 4-digit code typically found near your signature on the back of the credit card.
Step 4: Read and Accept Terms and Conditions of Use then Submit Your Order
Check the box to the left of "I agree to the above terms and conditions" then check the box to the left of "I'm not a robot."
Finally, click the "Submit Resource Order" button. Any missing or invalid entries in Steps 1 through 4 will be indicated.
If needed, correct any errors then click the button again.
Once a valid submission is received an order confirmation page will appear
and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided in Step 2 that will include a link for accessing your resource.
Please unblock any email spam filters to allow email from the 'drdavisinfinitehealth.com' domain or check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
You may also access your resource at any time by going to the
Learning Center Login Page.
