Having Difficulty Logging In?

1. Make certain you have selected one of the Learning Center Resources you have purchased.

2. Make certain you are using the proper username and password. Usernames and passwords can be different for each Learning Center Resource depending on the username and password you created during purchase. Make certain you are using the username/password combination for the selected Learning Center Resource.

3. Try carefully re-entering your password. In some cases, a password may be inadvertently misspelled but on certain systems you are not given the opportunity to view your password to verify or correct it. Once the incorrect password is saved it may be automatically re-entered each time you log in.

4. Try recovering your username and password for the selected Learning Center Resource by entering the email address you provided during purchase.
