I would get a thyroid panel done right away (free T3, free T4, TSH and antibodies). I would order it myself.

I don’t have high blood pressure, but taking iodine made a major improvement in my health.

Take the drugs NOW! THEN start working on all the topics outlined in Dr D’s video.  You can always ramp back or ramp off the drugs as the situation improves, but you are in a dangerous place right now, so don’t delay.
