Dr. Davis:
I received my stool test results from Thryve and would like to know what these results really mean, and what do I need to do to improve my gut bacteria.  Do any of these indicate SIBO/SIFO? (Hope this is the right place to ask this question)

The report states the following bacteria are “Deficient; Needs Work”

Strain.              My Level       Healthy Average
1. Akkermansia.          O.003%.         1.803%
2. Alistipes.                 0.017 %.        2.128%
3. Bacteroides.            0.190%.         25.433%
4. Bifidobacterium.     0.030%.          1.749%
5. Eubacteria              1.521%.          3.287%
6. Faecalibacterium.   0.027%.          12.896%
7. Lactobacillus.          0.023%.          1.182%
8. Roseburia.               0.053%.          2.310%
9. Ruminococcus.        2.196%.          2.826%

Thank you!
