I can't find all three of your postings of MacroNutrients. Please list it here.  I believe you list in percentages numbers. But can you also list the grams per day of each -   Cremes, Cheeses, Eggs, Coconut oils, MCT oils, Butter, the Fats individually by Myristic acid, Palmitic acid, Lauric Acid, Stereac acid, Oleic acid, Omega-6 fats.

Since there are so much Omega-6s in Beef, Chicken, Pork I need a grams daily breakdown by those also.

How often and how much do you eat Meat fats, what kinds, grams each day. Just so I can separate the saturated fatty acids from them in meats versus those hidden in other foods.  You know like Bacon, Steak has it but Cremes, Butter, Avocodo, nuts too. But ones dairy and ones meat, ones green or nutty stuff.

Do you guys eat exclusive grass-fed meats. How many eggs a week
and are they grass-fed, grass-fed with enhanced omega-3, gage-free, Free-range, omega-3, regular,  etc. You know free-range spend exclusive time outside versus gage-free chickens. Gage-free has door open only for limited times each day(5-10 minutes), but often, mostly the chicken don't go out and eats the regular old man-made chicken feed.

I need all this information to understand how you guys eat. To make your program so successful.  How successful is that too by the way, serial CAC wise.

I can search the TYP forum for all these individual breakdown by you three but it might take me over 50 hours. Its so hard to find anything with the search function.  You might list the same for 10 other TYP members for me too. So I can do the Macronutrients from their's versus you three. And As well how successful their program is. CAC wise.

Forget 10, just list 5. make it easy for you. Won't be too hard. There will be three of you guys searching.  Don't forget Please List previous 2 years CAC comparisons too. You three paleoish plus the other 5.

I have'nt done the macronutrients myself. But list the infomation above will allow identification of true eating programs. You guys know in every food theres all kinds of nutrients other than whats simply listed in the Macros, what? there like  20 or 30 kinds of saturated fats.  As in the post slimjohn likes so much by the French Professor only three of the saturated fats are atherogenic. Simply listing macronutrients of SFA as % would clump then in all together.  I need to know the grams daily of the atherogenic ones. Thats important for all TYP'Rs to know. What of these in gram/daily and how your serial CAC relates. Slimjohn, Toddmart, Harry35 Please provide. For you three and the other 5 TYP'Rs I request thats non Paleoish.

Don't make me seach the TYP Forum for these. I am not good with TYP Forum search.

I myself have listed on the TYP forum several times what I eat. ChickadeeNorth ask me often for she said she forgets because of her Statin intake. So I listed them again. But I've listed throughout TYP Forum how I eat. I tried to look again buts it hard to find. Go ahead and list all the stuff I posted above. Its the only way for members to compare serial CAC results to actual food entities(sp?).

One last very important request.  Please list from the internet Macronutrients links whereby they list them and serial CAC score results. That way TYP'Rs really, really  know macroNutrients  work as a measure of serial CAC score control. I know you three are TYP'Rs so your serial CAC and macros will do better then the people in the links you will provide.  This is a real important request for all us TYP'Rs.

You guys go work on those above. I will go work on mine. You guys post here first so I don't messup how I am to gather all the above information.

I am excited for your thoughtful sharing. Thank You. It would truly allow comparison  how you three eats, versus 5 TYP'Rs that don't eat the same, with How I eat.  The serial CAC scores with us 9 programs would teach us all a lot.  3 Paleoish. 5 general TYP'Rs non-Paleoish. And Myself.

Only with the above listed requested information will we truly know how credible each program is.  Knowing the above will help me organize the WhereHouse of Members with Plaque Stability and Regression. Which should have Paleo, Paleoish lifestylers there soon. I would imagine Toddmart, Slimjohn, and Harry35 will be among the first three.

CAD, does this mean you will post macronutrients and a recent CAC score? You didn't really say that. If so why don't you go first? Put your data where your mouth is.

CAD, my macronutrient numbers are here. No one is attacking your values, it's your lack of values (diet and CAC) that we want to see in order to see if you are on the right track or not.
