New members often have some specific issues that
they would like to resolve, but don’t have a
clear sense of how to do so most effectively.
In particular, they often assume
that asking a live question in a video meet-up
is the primary way of interacting with the program,
when other avenues are much more efficient.
This page presents a concise linked summary of
key site answer assets, ranked from what is usually
the most prompt (pyramid top), down to slowest
(pyramid base).
🧭
Core Program context
While not usually a source of
prompt answers, this site asset is key context. Any
insights on your situation are apt to presume
that you are on the full program. You
need to have some grasp of what that means in case you are
asked “where are you on
the core program?”
On a small-screen device, you may need to hit
[≡]
to display the toolbar. The core nutritional
program is also in the📖books
Super Gut (2022),
Wheat Belly Revised &
Expanded (2019),
Undoctored (2017),
Wheat Belly 10-Day Grain
Detox (2015), or
Wheat Belly Total
Health (2014).
If you don’t have any of these books, the
🖵🗏Infinite Health
Program Online Course, available from
Core Program, covers the basics.

🎓 Site AI
(Artificial
Intelligence)
Unlike external general AIs, the site AI is
informed only by the knowledgebase on this site,
so its responses are unconfounded by
destructive dogma, agendas, advertising
and mistaken/false/malicious web noise.
If you aren’t on the front page, for example
when reading this page, there is an AI button
at the top right of every page.
The AI is most useful on conditions that the
program addresses. For things for which the program
has limited or no coverage, AI is apt to report
that “nothing is found in the documents”,
and may even have suggested visiting this page. If so,
try one of more of the options following.

Personal Coaching
In additonal to all the standard resources
linked from this page, personal
coaching, in 30- or 45-minute increments,
is available at modest extra cost. Our
exclusive program coaches provide sessions
via Zoom video or by phone, based on a
personalized schedule of times that work
for both of you.

🔎
Site Search
All site pages have a simple Site Search
dialog near the right end of the main toolbar.
This search has access to nearly all content
on the site that is accessed via the current
Infinite Health Inner Circle portal. This
includes the full-text of videos which have
curated or automated transcripts.
When you enter a term or phrase, and click the
🔎 button, the results are displayed on the
Site Search page, which you can bookmark or
MyLink if
you like.
Site
Search groups result, under
/Tabs\,
based on where found:
/Web Pages\,
/Forum Posts\,
/Videos\
and /Recipes\.
{blank} means no results.
(100) means at least 100 results.
The default ordering of results is Rank,
but you can re-run it merely by selecting
Datev.
Note that the Recipes and Video libraries
have their own local searches.

Forum Search
While normally obvious only when using the
forum (via the forum toolbar), you can bookmark
or MyLink
the Forum
Search page if you like.
There are two different searches available from
the page:
Top: search of forum Topics and Replies, with filters.
Bottom: search for members, by screen name fragment.
The forum content search provides a variety of filters not available
in other searches. It has access to the entire
site forum, back to 2006.
The Member search provides links to member Profiles,
which may be hidden (the new user default).

🖵 Video Learning Library
This page links to all of the current and
historical Inner Circle videos, mostly in
Vimeo format. The page has filter tools
and its own local search.
If you are specifically interested in prior
video meet-ups, and perhaps their sidebar
chat, in addition to Site Search and Forum
Search, you can just browse
Member Forum » Inner Circle Special
Forums » Live-Video Meetups
Each Topic has links to the video, any preassigned
discussion thread, and the curated chat.
Note that the Inner Circle site does not yet
have an Index of YouTube videos. These videos
tend to be subsets of full-length presentations
available in the Video Learning Library.

📅 Zoom Pre-meet
About six days before each video meet-up, a
pre-meet thread is posted in the Live-Video Meetups forum. This Topic (thread)
is always one of the Sticky Topics in that forum.
It also appears as a link in the front page Discussions
scroll when posted.
Members are invited to post pre-meet questions
on the thread. The question does not have to be
on the meet topic (if any). It does need to be
posted at least 4 hour pre-meet. These
questions may
be answered on the thread before the meet.
You do not have to be present at the meet.
Indeed, the intent is to support members who
cannot attend. If the question isn’t answered
pre-meet, and is considered in-scope for the
program, the intent is for it to be read into
the recorded portion of the meet, and then
be available in the later video and transcript.

🧵 Full Forum
The forum provides a much more capable editor for
composing persistent forum Topics (new threads) and Replies
(comments on existing threads). You can also Edit
(revise) your existing Topics and Replies.
Access the forum via the links in the INNER
CIRCLE DISCUSSIONS scroll on the front page, via
the link provided in emails/PMs for any subscribe threads,
or via Forum🞃 on the main toolbar.
The Forum Social View link provides a simplified
user interface that is more friendly for small
screen and keyboardless devices.
Questions posted to the forum, if in-scope for
the program, tend to attract answers within a few
days, but may take longer if key staff are
unavailable due to travel and time off.
But once posted, Topics reside on the server
pretty much forever, so they can attract Replies
years or decades later. So be sure to have your
account notifications📧enabled,
and Subscribe to the Topic when posted (or later,
if you overlooked that option).

✋ Zoom AMA
How It Initiates
During an active meet-up,
live questions are handled via the Zoom
Raise✋Hand feature, which is on a pop-up
sub-menu reached via the React♡ control.
You need to have your🎤microphone enabled
(unmuted)
when called on. When called on, a co-host
will lower your hand, so you don’t need
to bother with that distraction.
Zoom Expectations
Questions have been taking about 7-8 minutes
each. In a 2-hour meet, there may only be
enough time for 15-30 questions. A co-host
monitors the number of hands raised, and embargoes
further new hands when the current count is
projected to fill the remaining time. This can
happen a mere 10 minutes into the meet.
For a topical meet with a presentation, there
is usually only time for on-topic questions.
If you have an off-topic question, you’ll
need to await an “AMA” meet
or post the question to the pre-meet📅thread.
Zoom Meet Preparation
Due to frequent Zoom client software updates,
it’s always worthwhile, pre-meet, to run a
Zoom loop-back test make sure
you are up to date, and that your video
playback, speaker/phones and mic and camera work:
🖵🎤🎥🔊🎧 Test🗘Zoom
In particular, the loop-back lets you determine
how to unmute and how to access Chat.
The meets experience about 1-3
participants a month who get called on,
and can’t be heard because they don’t know
how to un-mute.
The loop-back Zoom works very much like the
program meet-ups. After clicking the link above
(or that pops up when the actual weekly meet goes live)…
Click the Join
button and wait.
DO NOT click the: Launch Meeting
button.
Zoom Chat?
Zoom has a sidebar chat feature which is
enabled for Inner Circle meet-ups. It’s
not a terribly effective place to ask
questions, especially with a small screen
device. The meeting host is usually too
busy to check chat (including Private Chat),
and the co-host(s) may be too busy as well.
Chat vanishes when the meet ends. It is
routinely saved, but is curated (anonymized)
then posted to the pre-meet thread within
1-24 hours after the meet ends.
Participants are enabled to save chat on their
own if desired. But open chat questions may
not get addressed post-meet. Use the forum.

📖 Books
While only a fast source of information when
in hand, the program books contain some
information that is not yet on this site.
In particular, the two Cookbooks have recipes
not duplicated in either the Site
Kitchen or the Blog
Recipes mirror.
The books are all available in print or
Kindle editions, and may be available in
hardcover or paperback, or as audiobooks.
Audiobooks are unsuited for recipe and
extended resource cite content—they
may or may not offer separate media or
download with that content.
