We currently take D3 and Astaxanthin with morning Omega 3 dose

And K2 & Kelp/Iodine in the evening with Omega 3 Dose

I read that it is best to separate the K2 from the D3 and it’s better to take D3 in the morning to avoid sleep disruption.

Thoughts ???

I had not seen that stuff on timing Bob.  Thank you for flagging.

I take the MK-7 form of K2.  Again, not part of Dr. Davis’ recommendation . . . yet.  And maybe never.
