Artificial Intelligence answers your health questions

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the world. And it is making it easier for you to navigate our DrDavisInfiniteHealth Inner Circle website and program (InnerCircle.DrDavisInfiniteHealth.com). I know of no other program for health that draws advantages from incorporating AI.

There are very few sources of health information that I trust to be honest, not commercially driven, not guilty of repeated misinterpretations or misrepresentations. Our AI program therefore draws from the extensive resources of our website, but not from the broad and uneven outside sources. For AI that draws from all of the world’s knowledge, use Google, Chat GPT, or other platform. I asked Chat GPT, “What is the optimal dose of vitamin D?” and I received the usual lukewarm, not entirely correct answers that you’d get by asking the CDC or even your local doctor; you do NOT receive answers that draw from the evolving science. Using such platforms, you will receive the “wisdom” of the American Heart Association, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Mayo Clinic, or other sources that I, personally, would never trust.

While our AI platform is still evolving as Members put questions to it, the responses have been eerily accurate so far. Recall that the DrDavisInfiniteHealth program is founded on the philosophy that we avoid “treating” diseases. Instead, we address the factors that are absent or lacking in modern life that allow common familiar diseases like obesity, type 2 diabetes, coronary disease, fatty liver, autoimmune conditions, neurodegenerative conditions, etc., to emerge in the first place, a far more powerful strategy than “treating,” say, high blood glucose or high cholesterol. The needs we address are needs all programmed into the human genetic code, not some herb, drug, or supplement that “treats” conditions. Our AI platform therefore likewise adheres to this philosophy.

Here are some AI-generated responses to some sample questions I posed. With each response, the AI also generated a list of additional resources and links for further information (not shown).

Q: What is the problem with taking only the T4 thyroid hormone?
AI: The problem with taking only the T4 thyroid hormone, such as levothyroxine, is that it may not convert effectively to the active T3 thyroid hormone in the body. This conversion can be blocked by various factors, including exposure to industrial chemicals like perfluorooctanoic acid and triclosan, which inhibit the enzyme 5’deiodinase responsible for this conversion. As a result, individuals may experience symptoms of uncorrected hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, weight gain, dry skin, thinning hair, and constipation.

To address this, it is often suggested to consider a combination of T4 and T3 thyroid hormones, such as those found in preparations like Naturethroid® or Armour® thyroid, which include both hormones. This approach can lead to significant improvements in symptoms for many people.

Q: How does Lactobacillus reuteri work?
AI: Lactobacillus reuteri works by colonizing the upper gastrointestinal tract, including the stomach, duodenum, jejunum, and ileum, where it produces bacteriocins, which are natural antibiotics effective against harmful bacteria such as those causing small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). Additionally, L. reuteri stimulates the release of oxytocin from the hypothalamus, which can lead to various health benefits, including improved skin health, increased muscle mass, and enhanced emotional and social interactions.

L. reuteri also has potential anti-cancer properties due to its production of reuterin, a potent bacteriocin that can suppress the growth of cancer cells. Furthermore, it can help reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, and other gastrointestinal issues.

Q: What are the best choices for magnesium supplementation?
A: The best choices for magnesium supplementation include:

  1. Magnesium Malate: Available in tablet or capsule form, this is a common and well-absorbed form of magnesium.

  2. Magnesium Bicarbonate: This is the most highly absorbed form, but it is available only as a liquid that you make yourself.

  3. Magnesium Glycinate: While not absorbed as well as malate, it is a reasonable choice.

  4. Magnesium Citrate: This form is preferred if you desire a modest laxative effect or if you have a history of calcium oxalate stones, as both magnesium and citric acid inhibit the formation of kidney stones.

It is generally advised to avoid magnesium oxide, as it is not well absorbed and has a prominent laxative effect.

I’d say it’s pretty impressive. But note that, because the AI software “learns” its information from our website with its extensive resources (thousands of blog posts, detailed reports, hundreds of thousands of forum discussions, hundreds of videos), our AI is designed to help you in navigating our program. If you ask something unrelated to the program, such as “How many stars are in the sky?” or “What is an alternative treatment for rhabdomyosarcoma?”, you are likely to receive a nonsensical answer. So only pose questions that are relevant to our program and the program philosophy. But, to my knowledge, no other health program has this feature that helps you stay on track on our program. If you’d like to join in the conversation, both live via Zoom, share in all the wisdom we provide, while also having access to an unprecedentedly powerful AI software program, then I invite you to join my Inner Circle.DrDavisInfiniteHealth.com website.

And don’t forget that our AI also displays links to the website content it relied on for its answers so Members can review the content for additional insight.
