To All:

Zoom will require all users of its video conferencing app to update their version to the latest support version by May 4th, 2024.  Users who have not updated their version by that date will not be able to access the Zoom application.  Dr. Davis and the Infinite Health Inner Circle use Zoom to provide virtually all of our live-video content, most importantly our weekly, live-video Meetup.  Please review the announcement from Zoom (which we have reprinted below) for information on how to update your version of Zoom to a supported release.  The process is quick and easy.

1. Click this link https://zoom.us/download

2. Click the appropriate "Download" button from the descriptive list (for many it will be the first download labelled "Zoom Desktop Client."

3. Open your "Downloads" folder (or where you have directed download to be saved).

4. Double-click (or use the appropriate execute/run function for your device) the "ZoomInstallerFull.exe" file (it may have a number such as "(1)" appended to the file name if an earlier version of the file already exists).

5. Follow any install instructions (if any).

6. Post any questions here.

[ZOOM ANNOUNCEMENT]

Dear Valued Customer,

We are reaching out with a reminder that Zoom will be enforcing minimum versions as outlined in our Software Lifecycle Policy on May 4, 2024 (Pacific Standard Time).

This is a quarterly enforcement policy so please check our support article and status page for the table of products and corresponding minimum versions, as well as future enforcement dates. Users who are running an end-of-life version after May 4 will be logged out of their Zoom Client (Desktop, Mobile, and VDI) or not be able to join meetings via the Zoom Client until they update.

As always, we highly recommend you regularly update to the latest version of Zoom software by checking for updates within the Zoom client or by navigating to zoom.us/download.
