The increase in D3 dosing is logarithmic and daily dosing is best since the body uses it in real-time.  I am taking 30k IU per day.

Dan, you’re seriously taking 30,000 IU Vit D every day? I have taken very high amounts for 3 days to quash flu, but never on a continuing basis.

Yes, don’t worry about me.  I have immune system problems.  Probably will be guinea pig for CRISPR Therapy by Dr. Church at Harvard.

I was taking 2000 IU a day to maintain 60+ level.  Last year I started taking 4000 IU a day as a precaution.  Later in 2020 I got tested and my levels were 70+.  I was using it up somehow.

When the pandemic started I upped my D3 from 2000 IU to 5000 IU daily.  Several weeks ago I had my first test, 82 ng/ml, just over the 80 range limit.  My doctor was very happy with the result.
