Over a year itchy hand rash has finally found relief by using Vitamin D3 Cream on my hands.  No itching for 5 days now and redness is materially reduced and can use soap again without drying out hand skin causing massive flaking.

You can get a rash from using a lot of hand sanitizer as well.

SIFO Coffee Protocol?
What is this? Is it mentioned in the SuperGut book?

D3 cream doesn’t help now.  Has to be something in my gut.

I don’t have a rash on my hands but they are prickly. Have no idea what has caused it but it is uncomfortable. I wonder if the Vitamin D cream would help.
