What tools or resources are you using to find out the carbs in foods without nutrition facts labels? Please share!  One of my favorite tools to determine how many carbs are in vegetables and fruits is to Google fatsecret carbs in (fill in the food). There is a drop down menu to select your serving size.
 
Keeping carbs below 15 net per meal is a cornerstone of this lifestyle!! How is your tracking going? Are you keeping a food log to get used to it?

Food logs can be a VERY valuable tool!  Great way to keep us accountable and focus in on our own personal experiment to restore our health!  Thanks for sharing the carb resources you have used!

Unfortunately I am one of those people that could not eat unlimited amounts of anything.  It does not work for me unless I want to weight 200 lbs! Which I do not.

That is the case for many of us!   Food logs are a great way to ensure that we are capping at 15 net carbs per meal.

April: Did you use Fatsecret to also log your meals in beginning? I visited it for the first time today and like looking foods up there as you suggested. Nice format.

I have not used it to log meals, but do use it frequently to look up carb counts in foods.  One of my favorite searches is "fatsecret carbs in..." (fill in the food).
