Phase 2 of the effort to improve the Videos Page provides a new feature allowing Members to restrict the list of displayed videos to one of the new categories created during Phase 1 of the upgrade release.

Members will now see the following controls

VideoTitle & Keyword Search: This works as before.  Type in any search term then click the red "Search" button below the search term (or press the Enter key) to display videos containing that keyword in the title or keywords list for that video.  If there is a video missing that Members feel should be returned in a keyword search, let us know and we will add that keyword to the list for that video.  As before, click "Show All" to show all videos and "Help" to get search help.

Select Video Category: This is the new feature.  Rather than scroll through all video categories to find a video of interest, Members may select a single category to display.  For example, if you are interested only in videos related to heart health, simply select the "Heart Health" category.  Recall That in Part 1 of the upgrade, videos can now be placed in multiple categories.  Therefore, a video workshop related to Heart Health will appear in both the "Webinar, Workshops, Q&A" category as well as the Heart Health category eliminating the need to search in multiple categories.

Video Sort Order: This works as before.  "Category Order" is the default and groups video withing the categories they are assigned to.  "Release Date" displays all videos in a single group sorted by release date from newest to oldest.  ’Alphabetically by Title" displays all videos in a single group sorted by title (the alphabetic sort was added in Phase 1).

Format: This works as before. except that the green button is titled "Format."  You may toggle between the default "Show Graphics" view and the more compact "Show List" view which shows a text list of video titles rather than a thumbnail graphic. All previously selected search, category, and sort options are enforced regardless of display format.

As always, comments on bugs and/or functionality are welcomed.

P.S. Forgot to mention, the entire video feature controls set was also upgraded to be more mobile friendly.
