Hi guys! Getting surgery in about a month! Is there any supplements I should discontinue?  K2 specifically? I know garlic is one they advise to discontinu. I also take Natto, Hawthorne, Coq10 and and the core supplements on the program. Thanks!!

T: Might be helpful to amend the title of this post to reflect "Surgery: Supplements" as your other title is the same and I thought new relaunched website was duplicating posts!

Jan, at that time, I had found some information indicating that astaxanthin might increase bleeding time, with regard to taking it before surgery. At this point, I have no idea if that has any basis in fact, nor any idea what expert might have said that.
