Attempting to keep D3 levels within range I had a second D25Hydroxy done...also included B12 and Homocysteine all taken on 8/8/19.

My D3 Is a little high so Im looking for guidance on getting it to hover around 70 ng/dL, comments on homocysteine re it possibly being a disbiosis marker, and B12 on the upper end.

The first D lab was on 6/17/19, same facility, and measured 54.84. In early July I increased my D3 from 5000IU to 6000IU, now Im thinking dial it back to 5k or maybe 4k...any thoughts?

Thanks!

Many Guru’s recommend Vit D levels from 70-90.

Many Guru’s like a B12 level around a 1000.

Yes, Boo, I feel best with Vit D 70-90 and B12 > 1000. On the other hand, hubby does best with Vit D 50-60, more in line with the recommendation of the Vit D Council.
