Being on the WB WOE for 14 months has almost totally eliminated my osteoarthritic joint pain - no more Celebrex and the associated omeprazole! Now I’d finally like to get started on an exercise program. For various reasons, I’d like to try a home program rather than join a gym.

We have an excellent treadmill and I’ve already started walking.

I have a set of hand weights up to five pounds each and a good resistance band set. Can anyone point me to good exercise programs to get started with these?

Thanks in advance for any information!

Thanks, Bob. I went to Cureality. The exercise area had a lot of good general advice, but nothing specific about building a routine using hand weights and/or resistance bands. Hopefully I’ll get some other replies. Thanks again!
