Dr Davis, I may have not found it yet and have looked through Innercircle and Cureality and cannot find any discussions around bony outgrowths on back of hands and knees, which I am trying to understand if these are related to arthritis and if they can be reversed? Xrays performed show osteoarthritis in right knee and elbow with 10 to 15 degree loss in range of movement.  Any help would be much appreciated

I am taking 10K of D but don’t think I am taking any K. Might need to try that and see IF it will help mine! I’ll check and see if there is any K in my daily vit.

Hi Boo, thanks.  Yes had xrays as a result of a hammer finger on pinky of left hand.  Hand specialist said the bumps were osteophytes and could only be addressed bu surgical physical removal and it may leave the hand worse off than it is now.
