Just got the results of my thyroid panel in today (still waiting on Life Extension to give me results on reverse T3).  Here it is:   (I am wondering if I have iodine deficiency.. I quit eating processed foods years ago and used Morton kosher salt for cooking.).  Been taking 150mcg of iodine in multi for past 3 months or so.

Have you checked your iron/ferritin levels?  Having low levels can cause you to not tolerate T3.
