Last weekend when I was out with my girlfriend. I had two seltzer waters and I thought that they tasted really good. I research it and couldn't find anything wrong with drinking seltzer water ( plain nothing added except ice ). Am I right?

Bob, thanks for the reply. Right now the only thing I drink is black coffee and water, I'm going to add seltzer into the mix.

Dr. Davis, thank you for your reply. I'm going to forget about drinking seltzer water.

So -- I tend to let my seltzer go FLAT and then chill it.  Water with flavor but nothing contraband.  Does the seltzer still have its negative effect?
