I can recommend Koncentrated K, sold at www.k-vitamins.com. Lots to learn about K at this website. I would go there and read it from one end to the other especially the section on bone. Good luck, cj

in japan, for osteoporosis they use 75mg of MK-4/day along with magnesium and vitamin d

Hum. 75mg would equal 3 concentrated K's daily. I sure would love to reverse my osteoporosis. Ptheut. Should I up my dose to three? I currently take two Koncentrated Ks. Thanks, cj

Rick, 70 grams a day of natto? No problem with blood sugar response? I don't think I could get away with that much

Mk-4 @ 75mg/day in three divided dosages

along with D

along with Magnesium Malate (1 gram per day as Magnesium)

this is what is done in Japan with great success

Boo: Thanks for the link! I did not see any mention of "Nattokinase", only MK-4 & MK-7 from Natto. I am already taking a MK-7 from Natto in pill form as well as MK-4. Did I miss something?
