Interesting that without a gall bladder I can't recycle K.  I wonder if I should take more than I am?  Does anyone know the recommended dosage for folks without a gall bladder?

I'm taking 2100 mcg (1000 K1, 1000 K2 MK4, 100 K2 MK7) , which is 2.1 mg, right?  Guess I should double my dose, at least.  Thanks, Stuart.
