If there’s no rise in blood glucose after meals (no blood glucose from food getting to cells) than what would the cells be running on?

This is just an idea. Repeat the same breakfast with no blueberries. Your glucose level might be lower. Some kinds of blueberries have more sugar in them and this might change your glucose response.
