I have reactive hypoglycemia and I am also very petite and I’m trying to gain weight. What foods/meals would you recommend that I should eat that can both help to reverse the reactive hypoglycemia and help gain weight at the same time? Thank you.

In my case a low-carb diet has helped, despite the mainstream idea of shoving a muffin in my mouth every five minutes. Make sure you get enough good fats and proteins. Also best way to gain weight in my view is strength training and building muscle

Eat adequate protein--little to no effect on blood sugar & helps build muscle.
