I’m 49 and on the programm for 1,5 years. I take the johurt, the prebiotic fibers, everything.
But, I’m burping a lot and always have been. I saw a specialist for it who told me nothing was wrong, that I did it myself: had to do with my breathing. So I went to a speech therapist, that worked a little bit, but not a lot. Went to a mesologist who told me there was air in my stomach because of digestive problems. (which seems the most logic explanation to me).
She gave me an additional probiotics cure, but I had to cancel due to side effects from the corn ingredient).
Two days ago, I made a salad with raw sauerkraut, and expected a lot of burping problems coming my way. Yet the opposite happend: just 1 burp.. and a very calm evening. Bit more odorless gas the next day.
What does this tell me?
And what can I do to improve my digestive system?
