Does anyone know which heart rate coherence monitor is best to date? I can’t seem to find updated info.
Hx  my husband is 2 yrs post CABG
yr 1 random short periods of AFib
Yr 2 no episodes after adding Mg water (plus the other undoctored protocols) but all of a sudden it is back with a vengeance; increased frequency and now hours in duration - current state 18 hrs AFib.
He’s taking Eliquis.

1) Do you know his trigger?

2) All the electrolytes are important; potassium is a great heart rhythm and heart rate stabilizer, especially with a good level of magnesium. Taurine can be a good partner for both, when tolerated.

Thanks Dr Davis. I’ll give those a try. My searches hadn’t come up with recent reviews on any of the monitors - good to know you’ve had success.

I found this thread from a while ago… has anyone been recently successful synchronizing HeartRate+ app with a Bluetooth device? I would ideally like to sync with Apple Watch, but the app cannot seem to detect the watch to connect to via Bluetooth.
