In 2019 things went bad last year. My blood pressure drifted up and I only had blood work done once  in late Sept. in 2018 and 2019. I didn’t do anything about the blood pressure drifting up in 2019. That was a big mistake. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Things were fine in 2018 but in 2019 things went to bad. In 2019 shortly before the blood Draw I could not exercise at the gym very well and I rested to heal my hip but it didn’t heal.  I saw my Cardiologist shortly after my blood draw and he upped by CANDESARTIAN  from 4 Mgs a day  to 8.  I saw the Hip  doctor in October and he appear to tell me I had a arthritic Hip and appeared to encourage to have a nice life and not get surgery keep the weight off which I had and use magnesium water for the hip. I did that but I couldn’t really exercise. He did give me an anti-inflammatory drug to help with the hip pain but it spiked my blood glucose twice so I quit using. I wound up seeing my cardiologist again and he upped Clandestine to 16 mg a day. I should have fought him on it but I didn’t. I am also on 12.5 mg of Carvedilol and have been for years.

I got back to the hip doctor after Christmas in January and he recommenced I do PT for 6 weeks and I am in the beginning of the third  week of it and it is going well.  My problem is I couldn’t really exercise and my blood pressure rose from my Bone on Bone Left hip (IMO).  So the BP meds I think helped raise my Blood Glucose levels and the Hip problem combined with lack of Exercise.  I am doing well in PT and I found Ming Chew’s book The Permanent Pain Cure The best  program on dealing with hip, back and knee pain ,which appears to be a very good program.

Anyone familiar with Ming Chew’s work ?

In short I feel Damned and almost hopeless. After seeing Dr Davis’s Diabetes Reversal Webinar and Q&A.

I decided to give it another shot.

I need to lower my Blood pressure and the Blood glucose is elevated.  I Drank a lot of magnesium water today but it had no effect on my BP.  I will work at taking magnesium tomorrow both as mag water and regular Magnesium malate.  I need a game to implement

I also went to my primary and asked her to put me on metfomin. She did due to my 104 Mg/dl fasting glucose and she said I wasn’t diabetic. I only take metformin once a day but it doesn’t seem to have much of an effect and I am regretting I ever went on it.

I need a game plan to turn this around. I have considered doing a hip replacement but I haven’t seen any doctors about it yet plus I have to finish 6 weeks of PT before I can even be allowed to consider it. I have been distracted by the problems with the hip and haven’t figured a good way forward. I can post more stuff later and prayers would be appreciated for direction and a plan.

Thanks much. Heart_Builder

Have you also:

1) Considered/explored SIBO/SIFO?

2) Been enjoying L. reuteri yogurt?
