I watched a couple videos with Patrick Theut.  He said fish oil should be consumed with another fat (e.g. heavy cream or half & half), in order to be absorbed.

Is this the same thing with Vitamin D3 capsules suspended in olive oil?  Should they be consumed with fat?  Or is the small amount of olive oil enough.

Actually I am not quite sure why the fat in the fish oil isn’t enough alone, it is a fat after all.

Thanks for bringing up the topic as, while I knew about fish oil, never thought of D or CoQ10 needing the fatty meal!

I take my multi, d3, fish oil etc... all with a fatty meal now.  There is K2, D3 etc in my multi.  I was taking my multi and d3 well before my meal in the past.. like the first thing when I wake up.
