Is there some trick I’m missing to get my morning glucose under control. I’ve tried so many things before going to sleep.  Everything from eating some protein to ACV to exercise, meditation etc... Today it was 109 ..Yet after meals its usually in the 90’s sometimes low 100’s

Will do Primal, I guess the question is if we can’t get into 5.0 range then we should take some medication that can produce that result

I’ve noticed that when I take Sugar free Metamucil it raises my BS after dinner. My after dinner numbers are usually in the 90’s. Last night I drank Metamucil and it was 103 60 minutes after, then 95 2 hours later

Another question, lets say I exercise after eating and have a number of 90  60 minutes after...is that still valid even though it was lowered due to exercise?

The crazy thing is just a few month ago I had several AM MFS in the 80’s...not sure what I did for that to happen and now never happens. Last week I have 3 readings in the Mid 90’s...I would be happy with 90’s every morning I suppose but happier with 80’s
