Anyone suffer from histamine intolerance?

I have had many episodes of a-fib over the last 15 years.
In 2012 I gave up trying to figure out the trigger that was causing it and under went
successful ablation which worked until about a year ago.
Doctor then put me on Multaq and it has worked most of the time.
However, a couple of months ago I stared to have lots a arrhythmia
and occasionally short bouts of outright a-fib.

A few days ago I read an article about people who are histamine intolerant.
Arrhythmia is just one of the many problems associated with elevated histamine.

My arrhythmia frequently start either while eating or shortly there after.

Thanks for any insights.

My Magnesium is always on the low end of the scale when you using red blood count test. However, when I take more than about 300 mg of magnesium A-day I get leg cramps and muscle twitches particularly at night???

Electrolytes are: Calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium.

Don’t forget sodium.  People on low carb diets can quickly become depleted in sodium (salt).

Dr Davis could holding sea salt in your mouth and letting
it be absorbed sublingually thru the mucus membrane, rather than swallowing and it going thru the alimentary canal,
raise NA and CL levels?

Does magnesium water work better than the other forms of magnesium?  Is this something that could help?
