I have been missing on the forum as I have been pretty sick.  Finally had to go to a doc because I couldn’t manage on my own.  He said I had a very bad UTI and I need to lower the Ph of my urine. I was offered a hospital stay but refused, it terrifies me, said I would try to manage on my own.  At the time of the test I had no pain or anything that I thought was unusual except for high fever and I couldn’t seem to stay awake I thought it was the flu. But my Blood Pressure was high and I’ve never had high bp before.   Now after Cipro since Thursday I have developed pain and burning and some flank pain so my question is how do I lower the PH and prevent any further infection to kidney or bladder.  I read that increasing meat and lower fruits and veggies will help, but, I need the little that I am getting for hypoglycemia. With the Wild Naked diet :)  I have been able to stabilize my blood sugar and don’t want to mess that up.  Also I believe the Cipro is making me feel pretty bad so if there is something else you can recommend to get through this would I would be so grateful!

I would use Vit. C. Test pH every time you go and reduce Vit. D3 if pH greater than 6.8. You are shooting for a 6.4 u-pH. Let me know when you get pH - U -numbers.
