This relatively new supplement is a combination of magnesium malate/glycinate/chelate. 1000mg of taurine and 30 mg of CoQ10.
Both magnesium and taurine have decent research on correcting aberrant neuromuscular cardiovascular firing according to the Natural Medicine Database. (Natural Standard) CoQ 10 can increase ejection fraction.
So this combination makes sense to me. I would think it would potentially work for PAC's ( Chris what do you think?) Also those tiresome palpitations experienced by perimenopausal women.
JAXRPH used to take something similar./forum/topics.aspx?ID=13378
It would be easy enough to put this supplement together piecemeal with some B6 and a little more CoQ10.
What do you think?
Anyone tried this?
