I rode my exercise bike fast for 20 seconds, rested, rode for another 20 seconds, rested and rode for another 20 seconds and felt fine. Next night I didn't warm up and rode extremely fast for 20 seconds and my heart went into atrial fibrillation and I felt a bit short of breath. Normally, I don't feel any symptoms when I get atrial fibrillation. I took 100 mg of Flecainide to return heart rhythm back to normal and 150 mg Pradaxa to thin my blood to prevent blood clots which could cause a stroke.I went to sleep for four hours
and still had atrial fibrillation when I woke up.

I went to an emergency ward at a hospital and was told to take another 100 grams of Flecainide. After an hour, my heart rhythm had reverted to normal. A cardiologist said I had a strong heart. I don't ride my exercise bike any more.

Two weeks later, I ate some frozen blueberries and I had atrial fibrillation again. This time the flecainide worked after two hours. I don't ride my exercise bike any more.I take plenty of magnesium tablets, vitamin D3 capsules, fish oil, vitamin K2, iodine , etc and I don't eat grains.

hopscotch123 , I found the afibbers website years ago and paid for a report. Hans Larsen had countless theories but didn't have anything that would work in all cases. The huge amount of information just left me confused.
